My private retreats aren’t something you add to cart. They’re enquiry-only, one couple at a time, and they start at R55,500. This draw is the only way anyone gets one without paying for it. Here’s what’s in it.

Three days, roughly
Every retreat bends to the couple, so yours won’t look exactly like this. But you get the idea.
Day one
You arrive to a grazing board, the fire going and a bed made like nobody’s ever slept in it. Pour a glass and do absolutely nothing. Hot tub after dark. It’s cold out. You won’t care.
Day two
Time with me. We talk about what’s actually going on between you two, and I hand you the tools I teach on my retreats. Then your couples massage. Then the Trail of Temptation. Then the playroom. Braai under the stars if you make it out again.
Day three
Breakfast in bed, mist on the lake, nowhere to be. Tonight the private chef cooks for you, candles lit, plate after plate. Next morning you drive home holding hands, and this time you know how to keep it that way.
Why winter
Rain on the roof. Fire on. Steam coming off the wood-fired hot tub while your breath fogs. Midweek, so the rest of the world’s at work and you’re under a blanket. Honestly, I’d pick winter for myself.
