Vouchers are a rand value towards a stay at Naughty by Nature, valid for 3 years from purchase and subject to availability, December included. If the dates cost more than the voucher (for example in December, or if our rates change), you simply pay the difference when you book. Vouchers are redeemed online when booking directly through our website, using the code in the voucher email, and cover accommodation only; extras are paid separately. Once booked, the stay follows our normal cancellation policy. Vouchers have no cash value and are not refundable. Full voucher terms.
