Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your stay at Naughty by Nature, a Consensuality property. By placing a booking, paying a deposit, or entering the property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and the guest receives an official confirmation email from Consensuality or InnStyle.

1.2 Payment Requirements

Full payment is required to secure the booking unless an alternative arrangement is explicitly offered in writing.

1.3 Minimum Age

All guests must be 21 years or older.
Strictly no children are permitted on the property.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30–14 days before check-in: 50% refund

• 14–8 days before check-in: 25% refund

• 7 days or less before check-in: No refund

Refunds apply to accommodation only. Add-ons, catering, services, and experiences are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged at 100% of the booking total.

3. Indemnity, Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

By booking and staying at Naughty by Nature, guests acknowledge that:

• The property includes sensual furniture, erotic props, intimacy-focused spaces, bathing rituals, outdoor installations, and natural terrain.

• The stay may involve physical, sensual, emotional, or experiential activities chosen voluntarily by the guests.

• The property is located on a working macadamia nut farm, where farm staff and farm operations may be present.

3.1 Assumption of Risk

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Use of intimacy furniture, props, tools, and playroom equipment

• Use of the hot tub, bath, shower, or outdoor spaces

• Movement around natural terrain, farm areas, and water bodies

• Participation in the Canoe Access and Intimacy Treasure Hunt

• Any chosen sensual, physical, or relationship-based exploration

3.2 Liability Release

Guests release and hold harmless Consensuality, its owners, staff, affiliates, and service partners from any liability for:

• Injury or bodily harm

• Emotional discomfort

• Allergic reactions

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Accidents or incidents occurring in or around the property

Guests are responsible for using all facilities, furniture, and equipment safely and as intended.

4. Consent & Conduct

Consensuality is a consent-forward brand. By staying on the property, you agree that:

• All physical and sensual interactions must be fully consensual.

• Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

• Guests must respect each other, the property, and the environment.

• No illegal activities of any kind are permitted.

Any breach may result in removal from the property without refund.

5. House Rules

To maintain the safety, privacy, and luxury experience of all guests:

5.1 Visitors

• No unregistered visitors allowed.

• Additional guests may be permitted only with prior written approval.

• Approved extra guests will be charged R3,750 per person per night.

• Unauthorized guests will incur double-night charges per person.

5.2 Prohibited Items & Behaviors

• No pets

• No children

• No parties or events

• No smoking indoors

  • Indoor smoking results in a R3,500 fine

• No tampering with furniture, props, safety equipment, or playroom items

• No interfering with farm operations, farm staff, or macadamia trees

5.3 Driving & Road Safety

• Maximum speed on the strawberry-road section: 30 km/h

• Speeding fines start at R1,500

5.4 Property Care

Guests must:

• Treat all facilities, furniture, linens, and installations with care

• Follow provided safety guidelines

• Report any damages immediately

5.5 Breakage Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be held.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Any damage, loss, stains, or excessive cleaning may be charged against this deposit.

6. Amenities & Services

6.1 Self-Catering Kitchen

The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen. All food must be stored and disposed of responsibly.

6.2 Air Conditioning

Quiet climate control is provided. Guests may not tamper with mechanical units.

6.3 Hot Tub & Bath

Guests must follow safety guidelines for water facilities.

6.4 Playroom

The intimate playroom includes high-end equipment and tools for consensual adult exploration.
Guests must follow instructions provided in the Playroom Workbook & Quick Guide.

6.5 Optional Add-Ons

Add-ons such as:

• Private chef

• Spa treatments

• Add-on baskets

• Experiences

• Curated surprises

must be booked in advance and paid upfront.

7. Privacy & Security

7.1 Photography

No photography or videography of any person is allowed without express consent.

7.2 Property Privacy

Drones, external photographers, or any commercial recording are strictly prohibited unless approved.

7.3 Confidentiality

Consensuality respects the absolute privacy of all guests. We do not disclose personal information unless required by law.

8. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times are communicated via automated email.

• Contactless check-in instructions and documents must be reviewed prior to arrival.

• Guests must complete and return the signed indemnity form with copies of IDs before arrival.

Late departures may incur an additional fee.

9. Damage, Loss & Additional Charges

Charges may apply for:

• Broken items

• Missing items

• Damaged linens or luxury fabrics

• Excessive cleaning

• Misuse of the hot tub

• Unauthorized guests

• Violating smoking restrictions

• Tampering with installations or playroom equipment

All charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

10. Force Majeure

Consensuality is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather

• Natural disasters

• Infrastructure failure

• Farm-related disruptions

• Government regulations

Refunds in such cases are at the discretion of Consensuality.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay at Naughty by Nature, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions listed on this page, the indemnity form, and all booking communications.
