We offer a flat shipping rate of R115 per order, except for the love swing. All packages are discreetly packed and shipped via our trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to get your order to you quickly and securely.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
If for any reason you wish to return the item, packaging needs to be fully intact, the product unopened, and safely returned within 7 days of purchase. Expect a full refund within 48hrs after successfull inspection.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
